In the last years, the improvement of the assisted reproduction techniques and different laws between countries has propitiated an important flow and exchange of patients and reproductive biological material between nationals and internationals clinics. Spain has one of the better assisted reproduction techniques laws regarding the obtaining, handling, storing and distributing cells and tissues for reproduction, although these laws are submitted to the European laws. These laws and the recommendations of scientific societies regulate the transport of human embryos, oocytes and semen. So, they establish technical conditions and everybody’s documents (patients, home clinic, destination clinic and carrier) of these kinds of transports. Thus, it guarantee the sample’s viability and, very important, its traceability.
