ORIHUELA ROSAS, Barbara Edith. Constitutional state driver in México. Derecho glob. Estud. sobre derecho justicia [online]. 2021, vol.6, n.18, pp.79-101. Epub Sep 06, 2021. ISSN 2448-5136. https://doi.org/10.32870/dgedj.v6i18.343.
Starting from the phenomenon of globalization and global governance and the direct interference in economic, political and social aspects in Mexico, we argue that capitalism by imitation is a resounding failure, in which the legal system has been used as one of the tools of this form of global governance. At the center of our argument, we have the thesis of a driving constitutionalism, which establishes that the Mexican state must necessarily make changes to the elements that guide constitutionalism, which will allow a sustained and real advance of our country both in the economic and political fields. and legal, from a biosocial and driving perspective. The general objective of our research is to show the benefits of the generation of a driving constitutionalism as a guide for change and comprehensive advancement of the Mexican state, and in turn to show that capitalism and global governance are the two central lines of decline and stagnation. of our country.
