Abstract

BLANCO-VELA, Claudia I. et al. Consensus on quality of care indicators in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. Endoscopia [online]. 2021, vol.33, n.4, pp.133-151.  Epub Oct 31, 2022. ISSN 2444-6483.  https://doi.org/10.24875/end.22000033.

Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is one of the most complex and widely used endoscopic procedures. The team that performs an ERCP must offer maximum efficiency and safety during the procedure. To achieve quality in the performance of an ERCP, quality indicators must be established. This manuscript is the consensus developed by the AMEG on quality indicators in health care when implementing ERCP. These indicators are established within a conceptual framework that takes into account the currently available scientific evidence and the availability of resources in our country.
