Abstract

The results of this investigation are summarized in a report about the changes, progresses, and prospects obtained during the year 2015 in Mexico on social security matter. That is to say, that interest points are being noted such as the sociodemographic, economic and political conditions of the country, the obtained progresses in social assistance programs, legislative reforms on the regulations in social security and the signed treaties and resolutions of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation related to this subject. Therefore, the objective of this research is to show generally the outlook of the social security during a specific period: 2015. With the intention to keep an analytical record about of the development process it’ s presented in the country this year and be able to balance between the changes made and pending challenges.
