In the present process of the Security Council's reform, the Open-Ended Working Group of the General Assembly emphasized repeatedly the relevance that has the improvement of its working methods in the attainment of a legitimate and effective organ has. In the United Nations General Assembly's recent sessions, this cluster of the cited reform has gained acknowledgement and credits as well as increased its results. This paper analyzes the latter developments with a view to the future evolutions of this process.
