Abstract
MANZANO PENA, Luis Enrique; DE LUNA MARTINEZ, Diana; MOCTEZUMA MEDINA, Judas Noé and LUNA GALINDO, Suemí. Entrepreneurial intention. Between idealism and obligation. Revista Col. San Luis [online]. 2020, vol.10, n.21, 00037. Epub Mar 14, 2022. ISSN 2007-8846. https://doi.org/10.21696/rcsl102120201227.
The objective is to present thoughtful arguments around the nature of entrepreneurial intention and its possible implications in starting a business. The methodology used was the documentary analysis regarding the concepts of entrepreneur and entrepreneurship and an approach to the theory of networks for a holistic approach. The results are related to the need to resize the concept of entrepreneur as a collective activity and not necessarily a one-person one that leads to success. The limitations are that it is an argumentative exposition that seeks reflection, it does not take up the main concepts ontologically or epistemologically. However, the main contribution is the presentation of the concepts of entrepreneur and entrepreneurship from a critical stance that demystifies their positive and success-giving character. It is concluded that idealism and compulsion represent an opportunity to demystify entrepreneurial intention as a risk-free and successful activity.
