Abstract

This article present and analyse how the basics of some institutions like OIT and UNICEF are constantly overlooked in the everyday, as we can see that over 25 years Guatemalan children and adolescents migrants continue to experience social relations of inequality and labor without institutions have succeeded in meeting its objectives. That is the reason that we need to consider the need to propose a change of perspectives, strategies and actions to address this issue, in which children and adolescents have opportunities to join the organization and participation of them, where they will have the opportunity to decide about the ways and working conditions.
