The aim of this paper is the study of the elections in Mexico in July 4th 1926. From them, the Plutarco Elías Calles’ path towards a second presidential period was fully constitutional. Those elections had their own significance, but also were the frame for the second half of Calles’ administration. I only focus on the elections in Distrito Federal.
