Case report and new insights review in the use of bioresorbable vascular scaffolds guided by optical coherence tomography. Arch. Cardiol. Méx. [online]. 2016, vol.86, n.2, pp.170-174. In recent years, the history of percutaneous coronary intervention has had a remarkable evolution. Currently, in México are available the bioresorbable vascular scaffolds which have a very precise indications, and offer a new option in coronary intervention. We present the case and review of the published evidence, a new option for intervention with these devices, a complex case with 3 overlapping bioresorbable vascular scaffolds guided by optical coherence tomography.
