Abstract

The recent observed changes in the acquired neoliberal modality by the globalization has not modify the essence of the capitalist city, which continues as a territory where there are settled the necessary material supports for output, as well as force labor. At the same time, urban keep on being the privileged space for the construction of the complex engineering from the consensus to legitimize the capital hegemony. However, the globalization has forced upon changes to the urban processes, and conserving its essence, the cities transforms themselves in order to adequate to the new capital gathering demands, getting place to megalopolis arising and the global city.
