The antecedents of the metropolitan area Buenos Aires of related to the occupational insertion of labor force, show a strong presence of inequality in accordance with the migrant condition and such difference becomes even more pronounced among women. Besides it has been observed a higher level of economical activity in the group of migrant women with regard to the non migrants. Women work varies in different societies and cultures, and for this reason it is exposed the diversity observed in the selected center respecting to others settlements regions. From a micro perspective this paper makes focus in the comparison among migrant bordering women and native women and its purpose is to deepen into the present situation of the three attracts regions of population from the bordering countries.
