SOSA DIAZ, María José  and  VALVERDE BERROCOSO, Jesús. Moving Toward Digital Education. Models for Integrating ICTs at Schools. RMIE [online]. 2022, vol.27, n.94, pp.939-970.  Epub Aug 22, 2022. ISSN 1405-6666.

The general purpose of this study is to analyze and comprehend the process of integrating information and communication technologies (ICTs) at elementary schools and preschools. A model based on grounded theory was generated to identify the factors and agents that influence the integration process. A study of multiple uses was carried out and a qualitative longitudinal methodology employed through semi-structured interviews. The results support an explanatory model based on the metaphor of the cathedral and the bazaar, as well as a decalogue of fundamental principles for integrating ICTs at school.
