In some Colombian regions the armed conflict has been faced up by the civil population through citizenship processes construction. This article analize this process in the Antioquean east and question the way the collective actions, the national institutions, the international organisms and the war conditions have interacted in the process of constructing new public spaces, new identities, new relations between the state and the society of the region, and what is the result achieved.
