Abstract

FEREGRINO B., Ma. Azucena. La reglamentación y los "trabajos especiales": Una mirada desde un paradigma complejo. Argumentos (Méx.) [online]. 2011, vol.24, n.67, pp.95-112. ISSN 0187-5795.

Show business workers are considered special workers due their sui generis conditions in carrying out their work, the specialization required in their work and the constant grievance they suffer on their working conditions. Several laws in the world have been modified with the intent to include this labor group and to avoid the precariousness in which they live. However, under the complex paradigm, this categorization would imply the reduction of the phenomenon in a simplified design. Are necessary institutional policies based on ethical regeneration, in order to step to complex measures, avoiding segmentation.

Keywords : Social rights; show workers; labor flexibility; labor market; globalization; employment policies; social protection; complexity.
