Abstract
FERREIRO-SEOANE, Francisco Jesús; CAMPO VILLARES, Manuel Octavio Del and CAMINO-SANTOS, Marta. Training and talent management of the most valued human resources companies in Spain. Contad. Adm [online]. 2019, vol.64, n.3, e114. Epub Aug 19, 2020. ISSN 0186-1042. https://doi.org/10.22201/fca.24488410e.2018.1641.
The objective of this article is to know the profile of the most attractive companies for professional development in Spain through the Training and Talent Management variables, in relation to other objecti-ve variables such as: economic activity, nationality, geographical location, size, and stock market listing. The statistical analysis techniques used are multiple linear regressions through ordinary least squares, Pearson correlations, unifactorial variance with Levene’s test, averages, and weightings. A unique profile is not obtained for both variables. On the one hand, Training obtains greater values in sanitary activities in companies from the Mediterranean located in the area north of Spain, and they are also large organization listed in the stock market; it is these two variables that are statistically relevant. On the other hand, Talent Management has greater values in the professional, scientific, and technical sector, in Anglo-Saxon com-panies located in the center of Spain, with large companies listed in the stock market predominating; it is this last variable that is statistically relevant.
