This work presents the results of our research carried out in the Project "Solutions Integrated for Systems of Education to Distance" in the Faculty of Natural, Physical, and Exact Sciences of the National University of San Juan. Resolution 033/03 C-S. We proposed us to identify the values that orient the actions of the human resources in the modality to distance. Once they detected they will be able to generate strategies that aim at the consolidation of those values in the process of cognitive transformation in basic presumptions of way such to favor the construction of a culture EaD in the social unit ExactasAD.
