Abstract

This essay proposes a reflexion about the autobiographical method and its current fortune amongst the diverse sciences which study the human being. The author finds in this method a democratical epistemology that values all kind of experiences without ethnical, age, social class or generical difference, able to guide the course of life to an educational dimension. The ground conviction which underlies to this methodology is that by means of autobiography and its research instruments people tend to become aware of their own being in the world.
