Rafael Martínez’s career is central to the social history of the Mexican journalism since it connected the sociocultural origins of a writer that practiced a journalism attentive to the needs of workers, being committed to improve working conditions and broadening the scope of influence of the public sphere by connecting cultural activities close to each other like teaching, journalism, street rallies, dramaturgy, and History’s divulgation.
