Abstract

The article analyses the control of conventionality in the inter-american human rights protection system, which has a concentrated dimension that exerts the Inter-American Court of human rights and a decentralized version that must run jurisdictions domestic to domestic law which contravenes the corpus iuris inter-american, which is analyzed in its practical implications for jurisdictions constitutional and ordinary general as also a synthetic analysis of the jurisprudence of the chilean Constitutional Court with regard to the matter in the period 2006-2010.
