Abstract

The paper analyzes the articles of the Civil Procedure Code for the Federal District, the Federal Civil Procedure Code and the Civil Procedure Code for the State of Tabasco. It is divided in two sections. The first section is dedicated to the requirements that the parties must fulfill to introduce facts in the civil procedure, through the complaint, answer, counter-claim, answer to the counterclaim and incidental claims. It also examines the ways in which third parties may appear during the procedure. In the second section, the author evaluates the formalities (oral or written) that must be followed when introducing facts to the procedure and during the taking of evidence.
