This article analyzes the degree of comply with the recommendation related to social repair ordered to the State ofColombia by the Inter American Commission of Human Rights -IACHR- regarding to the assignation oflands to the nasa paez indigenous community that was harmed by the Massacre of Caloto (1991); the several agreements signed between the Colombian government and the nasa community which are supposed to comply this obey, and the complex process of indigenous mobilization and resistance to obtain this social repair from this government.
