Abstract

The present study is a result of an analysis of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Morocco and a review of the historical, social and political factors that finally transcended in the evolution of the Constitution described. The article focuses mainly on the description of the political and governmental institutions that shape the country. In this way, the author devoted himself to explain each of the institutions created in the constitution that set up the kingdom of Morocco noting the jurisdictional differences between them and their interaction in the exercise of government and the fundamental rights enshrined in the Moroccan kingdom. Finally, it describes how the Constitution can be reformed.
