Problema. Anuario de Filosofía y Teoría del Derecho is a peer-reviewed journal founded in 2007 by initiative of the Philosophy of Law and Legal Theory Department of the Legal Research Institute, National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).

The main purpose of Problema is to publish contributions in English or Spanish relating to Political, Legal and Moral Philosophy and is directed to scholars, students and professionals interested in general and philosophical discussions relevant to legal matters. The yearbook is composed of three sections: Discussion Topics, Articles and Review Essays. Through the discussion topics section, Problema promotes critical exchanges of ideas amongst the international jurisprudence community. The essays contained in this section are usually a product of discussion seminars organized by our Philosophy of Law and Legal Theory Department. Contributions for the Articles section, is not limited to one specific topic and welcomes original contributions from different traditions and diverse jurisprudential topics and backgrounds. Finally, theReview Essays section contains comments on published books considered relevant to the journals subject matter.
