Guidelines for presenting manuscripts:
• Editorial policy:
The Mexican Yearbook of International Law is one of the most relevant Latin American publications in the field. Its contents refer to articles of research topics, comments, international and Mexican practical issues. The MYIL is an esencial reading for academics and practitioners who need to stay abreast of recent developments worldwide. Therefore, only articles which fall within the scope of the International Law will be considered for publication.
Only original and unpublished contributions will be accepted. The Yearbook’s official language is Spanish. Contributions written in French and English will be published in those languages. Articles that have been published in the aforesaid languages or other will be considered only if it is the first time that they are translated to Spanish.
The Institute of Legal Research is in charge of the publication of this MYIL. It provides "Editorial Criteria" to which every contribution shall meet. These parameters are available online in Spanish only, in the website
The period of submission of contributions closes the second week of July each year.
