Revista de Historia de America is a publication of the Pan American Institute of Geography and History through its History Commission, and as such depends on the Organization of American States (OAS). Founded in 1938 by Silvio Zavala is one of the oldest specialized journals in the continent. It is an academic publication that seeks to contribute to the research and teaching of the History of America through the publication of contributions evaluated by national and foreign academic peers in the following sections: free or thematic articles, documents and reviews Since it is a publication that depends on an international organization, it can be published in the four official languages: Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.
