Política y Gobierno is a peer-reviewed journal of political science published twice a year since 1994 by CIDE (Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas). It has become a leading forum for the debate of the most important issues in Mexican and Latin American politics and society, such as: Democratic consolidation and institutional design, electoral laws and their consequences, rule of law, decentralization, political economy and economic reform, public opinion and electoral behavior. Política y Gobierno welcomes papers on comparative politics, political theory, law and society, and international relations.
