Fifty-year-old female, with a family history of unspecified tumors. She began her condition with a 2-month history of visual loss and metamorphopsia in the left eye, finding multiple vascular lesions in the retina, so the study protocol for Von-Hippel-Lindau disease was started (Fig. 1).
