This article is part of a research project initiated in 2023 regarding the institutional infrastructure of the Government of the State of Jalisco for implementing the 2030 Agenda. This follows a methodology proposed by the United Nations Development Programme, which evaluates six key elements that a federative entity, in this case the government of Jalisco, should have for it to be considered as having a minimum compliance agenda within the institutional framework. In a previous article, the author evaluated the first two elements of this analysis, leaving the analysis of governmental monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for this article.
