This paper analyzes the relationship between effective execution of the business strategy -dependent variable- and the psychological well-being, the cognitive well-being and the related to work role sense -as independent variables.

The paper presents an analysis about the theoretical and conceptual framework about effective execution of the business strategy as well as the results of a field study among 638 Mexican executives, identifying the correlation between variables. Additionally, in order to explain the influence of the independent variables over the strategy execution, a linear regression analysis was developed.
