This research focuses on the social impact of the Nodos de Impulso a la Economía Social y Solidaria (Nodes for Promoting Social and Solidarity Economy) implemented by the National Institute of Social Economy, based on the social, environmental, and economic outcomes directly attributable to these public policy initiatives in the community of Laguna Guerrero, Quintana Roo. The objective was to analyze the impact of these government programs on the cooperative in the mentioned entity, considering that the importance of the studied variable directly affects the acceptance or rejection of Social and Solidarity Economy strategies. Therefore, the study centers on Human Development, focusing on expanding freedoms and opportunities for a dignified and satisfactory life. Methodologically, it employs an interpretative epistemology with a phenomenological paradigm, utilizing a narrative life history design conducted in four phases with stakeholders. From the focus groups, the significance of understanding this policy and its social scope was deduced. In this context, opportunities were identified related to the indicators evaluated as part of the social impact and capturing the complexity of human development.
