This paper identifies and analyzes 56 works produced by (or related to) the Celayan artist Francisco Eduardo Tresguerras (1759-1833). All of these pieces can be found in the collections of the Biblioteca Nacional de México (National Library of Mexico). As a result of this research, the works have originated the same number of bibliographic records, which in turn describe the nature of each item: manuscripts, books, book chapters, periodical articles and news reports, amongst others. Each bibliographic set exhibits the publications’ data regarding the artist’s life and works.
