This research work aims to carry out a qualitative analysis, seeking to investigate the scope that the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technological tools can have -in applications based on Business Intelligence (BI)- in the context of access to justice and human rights, conveniently in the context of Legal Intelligence (JI), that will have to replace BI at some point. Likewise, critically, and analytically, it portrays the developing trend of use for AI for BI in the field of JI, focusing on access to justice and human rights. It also reflects what is visualized as the future direction towards the JI of prediction, in addition to the operational challenges, and the direction that this type of technology should objectively take as a direction, for the benefit of access to justice and human rights, both for practical purposes, as well as research (AI for JI and not BI), delivering the suggestion, as an exhortation to those interested in the subject. In conclusion, it refers to the issues that AI must address for JI, in terms of access to justice and human rights, and proposes some alternatives to enable its exercise. Therefore, this research provides reference value to visualize the transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary field of AI for JI, with a view to driving research in it.
