This article analyzes research results on the experiences and points of view of students of Research Methodology in the Sociology Degree Program at the University of Buenos Aires. Based on their oral interviews and written testimonies, we identify significant learnings that the students claim to have undergone, the peculiar characteristics that, according to them, make the subject somewhat different from the others, and the main criticisms and difficulties that come in matter. Finally, we propose a way of classifying these experiences as an interpretive key to synthesize them.
