Abstract: We offer here the unpublished translation of two fragments of Pierre Solié’s book, Psychanalyse et imaginal (Paris: Imago, 1980): on the one hand, the “Preface”, by Michel Cazenave; and, on the other, the “Conclusion” of the same book. Both fragments have been rescued from some Supplements of the Editorial Anthropos [no. 42, 1994, pp. 114-124], difficult to find in our libraries and practically non-existent in bookstores. Psychanalyse et imaginal is also difficult to access; the print is only available in some French libraries.
