The objective of this reflective article is to demonstrate how the structure of the LART method can be applied in the methodological conception of one of the authors' doctoral thesis. The research method used was a bibliographic review. The results show that it is feasible to apply the LART method in the study of music scenes from the perspective of Dialogical Ethnomusicology. The main findings demonstrate that the combination of the LART method with methods such as participant observation and ethnographic description provides systematization, clarity, and predictability in the fieldwork of ethnomusicological research. The originality of the work lies in the intersection between Ethnomusicology, a traditionally qualitative discipline, and Administration, a discipline specialized in data management, often quantitative. The limitations were mainly due to the specific nature of the case study - the music scenes. Therefore, further studies are suggested to apply the LART method in ethnomusicological research in different contexts.
