The dynamic capabilities perspective is in the process of theory construction, has been criticized by several authors (Dierickx and Cool, 1989; Simonin, 1999, Williamson, 1999), one of the criticisms is that there is no theoretical system explaining any dynamic capabilities in organizations, in the literature reviewed dispersion of the topics covered by different authors is observed. In this paper the objective of gathering, synthesizing and relate different concepts in a theoretical model, based on the theory of organizations and strategic thinking is proposed. As a result of this reflection seven propositions that relate the dynamic capabilities model constructs arise, which will provide a framework to undertake theoretical and empirical research in different organizations, with the aim of supporting the development of knowledge on the subject, what the document is an important contribution to the development of dynamic capabilities perspective.
