Creative intelligence is a competence that provides companies with the development of innovative strategies to respond to environmental situations on time. This article aims to carry out an analysis of creative intelligence in HEIs, to satisfy the needs and demands of the labor market, which provides the possibility of designing actions and strategies to enrich the educational model and graduation profile of students, as a strategy to respond to challenges in a global context. The analysis is proposed from a qualitative approach using the systematic search technique in order to identify the various perspectives on creative intelligence. Scientific documents from the Scielo, Redalyc, Ebsco and Clarivate databases were reviewed. The research carried out has an explanatory, deductive approach and the temporality corresponds to the period 2019-2024. The main results show that sustainable employability, automation, artificial intelligence and other business trends invite professionals and HEIs to generate competencies and skills that stimulate critical, reflective and analytical thinking, as well as independent and autonomous learning that promotes creative intelligence and favor HEIs to respond to the uncertainty of the changing environment.
