This text seeks to reflect and criticizein a legal manner the institutional negligence suffered by cultural law, mainly in Mexico. In that same course, it´s an effort to provide human rights whit an ansewer to some questions that the State presents in the absence or university teaching of cultural law and the lack of judicial power in matters of culture, This article raises other possible legal-cultural horizons and, consequently, makes visible a new type of jurist: the agent specialized in disseminating, analyzing and defending the relationship that exists between culture and human rights, such a subject is coined here as a cultujurista.
