In the following pages, an analysis of the conformation of an integral reasoning model probation in criminal matters is addressed. For this purpose, the essential lines that each of the elements that integrate it are described, which are, on the one hand, the reasoning models probation, and on the other hand, criminal dogmatics and one of its most important theories in recent times, the theory of objective imputation. With this, the aim is to expose the existing relations between both elements for the configuration of the integral reasoning model probation referred to.
