Abstract

This paper engages on the humanism relevance in universities nowadays, establishing multicultural humanism as the basis for universities. On one hand it tries to stablish a conceptual approach between the diverse humanist branches. On the other hand outlines a brief axiological plexus highlighting the values and antivalues that a humanist institution should promote or eradicate, respectively.Additionally, this paper establish that a college which have built up bodies devoted to university rights is clearly on the path of humanism. Nevertheless, it puts forward that such law practitioners should work under certain circumstances and principles lined by a humanistic vision. Furthermore, it shares some thoughts about the basis and framework of action that college law bodies can use as guide. The above by means of answering the existing requirements in terms of rights protection and human support in the contemporary and complicated neoliberal time.
