This paper analyzes the new challenges present in the international organization of the multinational companies model, taking into account the necessary development of the sustainable development objective no. 8, concerning the promotion of decent work. It is a central issue in the development of the global market, requiring a special sensitivity from the perspective of observing international labor standards. This model requires the adaptation of international agreements on the matter, taking into account ILO labor principles and seeking a new model of labor governance.
