Plasmablastic lymphoma is a rare and aggressive B-cell lymphoma, occurs in immunosuppressed adults and manifests as an extranodal neoplasm. A 72-year-old female patient presented with dyspepsia, hyporexia and weight loss. Upper endoscopy reported multiple nodular and umbilicated lesions in the gastric body. Pathology reported infiltration for plasmablastic lymphoma. The treatment of plasmablastic lymphoma is based on chemotherapy, radiotherapy, autologous bone marrow transplantation and immunotherapy; however, the prognosis is poor.
