The degree of association between entrepreneurship factors and the entrepreneurial attitude of students in economic-administrative areas of a higher education institute in Mexico City is studied using a Structural Equations Modeling model. The results show that five values are greater than 0.90 and correspond to Psychological Profile vs. Attitude to undertake (0.984), Entrepreneurial Intention (0.910) and Personality vs. Attitude to undertake (0.945), Entrepreneurial Intention (0.921) and Profile psychological (0.952). Therefore, the association between the government, the company and the university is essential for the formation of the entrepreneurial attitude of young university students.
