The study sought to make a diagnosis of the level of sustainability of table grape organizations, in the state of Sonora, Mexico, through the matching of the compliance of the certifications’ criteria incorporated by the organizations, and the theoretical index of corporate sustainability. The data collection instrument was based on a semi-structured interview. The population was 33 organizations. A sample of eleven organizations was obtained. The study subjects were general managers. A content analysis technique was used for the interviews, the sustainability index, and the certification criteria. The results showed that most of the organizations are located at a medium-high level of corporate sustainability due to the incorporation of certifications that cover aspects of sustainable development, which has been decisive in their transition to becoming sustainable organizations.
