The purpose of the research was "The directive leadership and the quality of learning of students who graduate from educational institutions of the Educational Network N ° 13 of UGEL 04 de Comas", in order to improve the quality of education and demonstrate the importance of the work of the directors as main managers of the quality of the graduates. To validate the hypotheses, the Pearson coefficient was used with a statistical correlation test and the results affirm with a 95% probability that directive leadership is related to improving the quality of graduate students. The joint correlation was 0.949.
