The crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which affects the whole world, has also had a negative impact on educational communities, which are facing this adverse situation with their resources. Given this fact, it has been proposed to carry out the Project: Development and strengthening of the resilience process in the Health Sciences Division of the University of Quintana Roo in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. In this work the justification for carrying out this intervention is exposed, as well as its theoretical-methodological foundations from the psychological sciences and the action research proposal.
