Objective: Comparing the pedestrian accessibility of pharmacy-adjacent doctors’ offices with public primary healthcare facilities, and private doctor’s offices. Methodology: Spatial descriptive statistics and the E2SFC method were used. Results: The population with inaccesibility to public services (73.3%) was seven times higher compared to pharmacy-adjacent doctors’ offices (11.3%) and four times higher for conventional private services (44.6%). Limitation: Only pedestrian mobility was considered. Value: There is no knowledge of comparative studies of these health services from the spatial perspective. Conclusions: The location strategy adopted by the public and conventional private health services has produced on a limited pedestrian accessibility that the pharmacy-adjacent doctors’ offices business model takes advantage of. The State must guarantee the quality of healthcare in these establishments and demand that they comply with the notification obligations for disease surveillance.
