In this article there is realized a study of comparative politics at the state pensions systems that have reformed their regulations to establish what changes must be made in the short term to ensure their sufficient funding. It is proposed to incorporate citizen rights in the analysis to strengthen the human component that must be present in the social programs targeted toward older adults.
