This article analyzes Conquista, the first and only official the newspaper of the Women Peronist Party (WPP), and serves as excuse to scan some issues concerning the place of women in the media during Peronism. The main objective of the WPP was to mobilize and organize women, among other reasons, to Peron's secure re-election in 1951. In that way, the press was very helpful, flexible and dynamic, for women from different places and social sectors. This paper proposes to observe how women won places in the media and on the other hand, to identify similarities and differences remained Conquista for other publications for at women.
