The focus of this essay offers as a central character and actions of the protagonist of "La casa de Asterion". When the Minotaur tells us about his life, seeing how your voice becomes disconsolate and provokes pity in the reader. Examine the title, subtitle and the central story; will reserve a place for reflection on what we have termed as "stories within the story implied". The concepts of knowledge and learning will figure prominently in our analysis in relation to the voice that narrates the events. Finally, they will be also reviewed the modes of narration through Gérard Genette, which are offered in the story.
